I came across the Vanilla Pod Bakery's cupcakes at a fair at the Exmouth Arms in Cheltenham and thought they were the most beautiful looking cupcakes I'd seen. They had some really unusual flavours as well as more traditional cakes and tasted divine. Now I always make an effort to sample new ones. Most recently I had their raspberry cupcake, which was bursting with fresh raspberry flavour and a delicious cherry and coconut cake. Cakes are usually available whole, by the slice or as individual cupcakes and they even do mini cupcakes - ideal for children.
